What does sovereign mean?
In the Verse, sovereignty means the individual not the platform as the owner and final authority over their own digital existence. It's the opposite of what your lore calls "the Grid," the extractive platform economy where the company owns the account, the data, and the value the user generates. Sovereignty by design means the person owns their identity, their data, their creations, and the value that flows from them, with no platform cut, no intermediary, no extraction. That's why Verse MVOS is framed as open and interoperable and cannot be exclusively licensed to anyone: sovereignty that depends on one gatekeeper isn't sovereignty.

What are Stars?
Versonas are the stars of the Verse galaxy. Literally you, shining in your own way. Every person gets a star, and every star can grow brighter as you create, share, and connect. That separation is the protection mechanism: an AI agent acting on your behalf never inherits your personal identity, and a Versona can operate publicly without exposing the human behind it.

For example, Imagine there's a planet owned by MicrotronAI. In that planet’s AR environment, instead of the default Verse browser, you’d walk into a full virtual MicrotronAI showcase. You might find people hanging out, chatting, and testing out the latest tech together in that environment. So, in other words, each company’s planet is its own customized space. The MicrotronAI planet is just one example of how you can dive into a branded, unique experience inside the Verse universe.
